Your picture should be a 1080px by 1350px headshot similar to your school yearbook style and avoid submitting pictures with a dark background since the proceedings will be printed in black and white.
Use this link to resize your photos
1) Upload your Image
2) Set the “Aspect Ratio” to Instagram
3) Select “Portrait 1080 x 1350”
4) Move the box so your face along the top-middle of the image
5) Click “Download”
6) Rename the file to your FirstName_LastName
